Our Committees

Junior Women’s Club of Racine members serve on committees which meet separately from the rest of the club.
Each committee decides which projects they want to take on for the year, within the committee focus. They report
back to the club at general meetings and via the Jottings newsletter.

Education Committee
Supports lifelong education programs.

International Affairs Committee
Reaches out globally through education and global awareness, impacting children, families and communities worldwide.

Public Affairs Committee

Home Life Committee
Supports improving the health and quality of life of women and children in the community.

Conservation Committee
Organizes and supports environmental awareness programs in the community.

Fine Arts Committee
Supports artists and educational art programs in the community.

Social/Membership Committee
Organizes the May and December dinner meetings.  Plans social events such as theater, museum or restaurant visits.  Leads the club's initiative for new member recruitment.
